Dear Nicky,

I attended your First Aid Course yesterday and felt I had to write to say thank you for an excellent day's training. I have attended First Aid courses before but this was by far and above the best I have experienced.

The whole day was very relaxed and easy-going. I found it interesting and confidence building.

I really hope I will NEVER need the use of the techniques I have been taught, but should I have to I now have the confidence to do so.

I would thoroughly recommend this course to all.
