Once again I wish to thank the staff at Motorline for their exceptional efforts in getting my car back on the road after the catastrophic failure of the immobiliser system. Because of the complex nature of the problem, they were unable to rectify the problem themselves but went out of their way to find a mechanic able to diagnose and fix the problem, at a price suited to these cash strapped times.

Without their unprompted help I would have scrapped the vehicle since prices charged by a Mercedes main dealer would exceed the value of the car.

I would like to thank Andy Melville & the Motorline team yet again. Recently, my car key was lost and we called the RAC, mistakenly thinking it would be a simple matter of opening the car, starting the engine, then replacing the key. Unfortunately, we were very wrong and the RAC were of little help. Andy & the team swung into action and arranged to get new key codes, had a key made and got the codes input into the cars' on-board computer. The problem was solved.

Dear Andy, I write to thank you for the excellent service I recieved from Motorline in connection with recent car problems. As you recall, I complained of having "kangaroo jumps" at low revs of the engine. When I brought the car in to you it was not showing any fault but within a short time you had road-tested, replaced and diagnosed the fault as the air flow meter. You replaced the meter without fuss (and also fixed a punctured tyre I didn't know I ever had) and in record time. The car is now running as good as new. This isn't an isolated case of your good service but I felt I should express my gratitude. I have no hesistation in recommending Motorline to anyone - and do so frequently. Would you please also thank Caroline and the rest of your dependable engineers for a great job well done.
